- Appliance fronts polished to a streak-free finish

- Cabinet fronts, pulls and handles wiped down
- Cooktop degreased; microwave cleaned inside and out
- Floors vacuumed, washed and hand-finished at the edges
- Showers, tubs and glass descaled, then squeegeed clear
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized — base and hinges included

How is pricing determined?
Every home is different, so we quote after a complimentary walkthrough. Your price reflects your home's size, condition and the scope you choose — and it's fixed, so there are never surprises on the day.
Will I have the same team every time?
Yes. Consistency is central to how we work. Your dedicated team learns your home and your preferences, and we'll always let you know in advance if anything changes.
Do I need to be home during a visit?
Not at all. Many clients share a key or entry code, which we store securely and handle with complete discretion. We're equally happy to work around you if you're home.
Do you bring your own supplies?
We arrive with professional-grade, non-toxic supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products for particular surfaces, we're glad to use them instead.
Can you care for natural stone and delicate finishes?
Yes. We use pH-neutral, stone-safe products on marble, travertine and limestone, and appropriate methods for hardwood, lacquer, unlacquered brass and other fine finishes.
What if something isn't right?
Let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is the standard we hold ourselves to.
Is your team insured and background-checked?
Yes. The Kept House is fully insured and bonded, and every team member is background-checked and trained before they ever step into a client's home.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit, so we can offer the time to another household.
